"You need to be able to capture all of your wins, not to have a random list, but because you need the confidence to be able to articulate all these different components of the job. Not just outputs — outputs are important — but also inputs. Things you helped build, processes you established, specific moments where you were the best CSM on the team. There can be wins within the journey, if that makes sense. It doesn't have to be all or nothing."
