FAQs

What do I actually get?
The whole app, at the level your package covers. There is no trial version of the thing and then a real version behind it. You get the models, the tools that run on them, and everything you build with them.
How does it work?
You point it at a real company, and it reads the site and builds a model of what that company's customers actually buy. Then you work against that model: plan an account, prepare for a call, write the message, practise the conversation. It is not a template library. It is built from your reality, and you correct it where it is wrong.
When do I get access?
Founding members get in first, in weekly waves. Once you are in, you are in immediately. There is no setup call and nothing to install.
Can I use it on real companies and real job descriptions right away?
Yes, and you should. Paste a real job description, point it at a real customer's website, work a real account. It is the only way it produces anything worth having. Nothing here is a sandbox.
Is my work mine?
Yes. Everything you build is yours. Download it, export it, take it into a deck, hand it to a client, put it in a review. If you leave, you leave with it.
Where does my data live, and who can see it?
Your work is stored encrypted, and it is scoped to your account. Nobody else using the product can see your customers, your accounts, or your career material. We do not sell data and we do not train public models on your work.
What if I pick the wrong package?
Own contains Land in full, and Lead contains Own. So the common worry, that you will pick one and need something from another, mostly does not apply. You can move up at any time and the change takes effect immediately.
What if I want to stop?

Cancel any time, from your account, in a couple of clicks. You keep everything you have built.

If it is not for you, tell us within 7 days of a charge and we will refund it. After that the month is used. We would rather put our effort into the product than into a refund queue, and at this price we would rather you just try it.

Will the price go up?
Yes. Founding-member pricing is lower than what the product will cost at general availability, and your rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. If you leave and come back later, you come back at whatever the price is then.
