All my research has shown that understanding precisely how your customers measure and achieve results is the single most critical skill any customer-facing professional can develop.

When I'm not helping companies grow, I'm spending time with my wife and son, succeeding (or more likely failing) at new hobbies, and looking for the best BBQ in town.
